Synergistic Effect of Isourea and Triazinone Derivatives on Activity of Various Gibberellins

The synergistic effects of 2-ethyl-3-methoxycarbonyl-1-(p-tolylcarbamoyl)-isourea and 4-ethoxy-1-(p-tolyl)-s-triazine 2,6(1H,3H)-dione on GA_<1,3,4,7,8,9,17,19,20> and 53 in rice seedlings were investigated. Each synergist showed a very high effect when combined with GA_<1,3,9 or 17<, a high effect with GA_<4,7,19 or 20<, little effect with GA_<53<, and no effect with GA_8.
