• From the leaves of <Casearia>___- <sylvestris>___- Sw., a Paraguayan and Brazilian medicinal plant, six new clerodane diterpenes have been isolated and their structures have been determined by 2-D NMR spectroscopy including INADEQUATE and ^1H-^<13>C long-range COSY. Two of them showed strong antitumor activity against Sarcoma 180 ascites in mice.
