Heat caracit>' of (ClI3NH3)2FCC]4 (MAFeC) and (C2H5NH3)2FCCl4 (EAFeC)at constant pressure have been measured by an AC calorimetry. Three phasetransitions were detected on MAFeC and four phase transitions on EAFeC. Thestructural phase transitions of both compounds at highest temperature region aredescribed by the renormalization group method for 3-d XY model (#=3, nz2). Inthe II-III phase transition of EAFeC, the logaritlunic divergence due to thedipole-dipole interaction is found. The crossover scheme of the 2-d system fromXY to Ising was proposed for the magnetic phase transitions of both compounds atthe lowest temperature region.
