The title compounds are the family of the AM0.-type (Ram) crystal which has apronounced layer structure and are promising candidates for the two-dimensionalHeisenberg triangular lattice antiferromagnet (2DH TAL-AF). The interesting obser-vation is that a singular point of the EPR signal is located around T..=0.66JS' forthe critical temperature of phase transition associated with the pairing-dissociation ofthe Z. vortices, suggesting the present system behaves as 2DH TAL-AF down to veryclose to T... The EPR Iinewidth exhibits Z. vortex-induced broadening above thecritical temperature which is inversely proportional to the thermally excited vortexdensity, n.cCexp ( -E./ k.T) with the activation energy E.;4k.T,..
