Neutron diffraction study from a quasi-two-dimensional Heisenberg anti-ferromagnet, Cu(HCOO).'4D.0 has been performed above the N<Sel tempera-ture tmder the external magnetic field up to 30 k0e. The results evidently showthat the external uniform field induces a two-sublattice antifizrromagnetic state oflong range character in the paramagnetic region.
