Simulating a three-dimensional Ising model with free surfaces, we investigate the scaling property of the surface critical phenomena. Calculating the surface-1ayer magnetization m_1, we show that the surface equation of state is described in a universal scaling function. The scaling function for the bulk correlation length, which is obtained from the magnetization profile, is also discussed.
