The ferromagnetic Ising model on the dual Penrose lattice is simulated by theMonte Carlo method. Using a phenomenological Monte Carlo renormalization groupbased on finite-size scaling, the critical temperature and the magnetic critical expo-nent are estimated as 7'././=2.150f0.006 and y.= 1.8880.02. Itis shown that theduality relation, sinh(2.//7'.)sinh(2.//Ij)=1, between the critical temperature ofthe Ising model on a lattice T. and that on its dual lattice T: holds for a quasiperiodiclattice in two dimensions as well as for a regular lattice.
