漢方方剤「排膿散」中の枳実および芍薬成分(naringin, neohesperidin, paeoniflorin)の定量

We established a method for the assay of each component contained in a Chinese medical prescription "Haino-san," which had inhibitory effect on carrageenin-induced edema formation (naringin, neohesperidin, paeoniflorin). Then the method was applied to the evaluation of commercial Japanese, Chinese and Korean immature orange samples and crude drugs on Hong Kong market. Japanese and Hong Kong commercial immature orange specimens were found to contain naringin and neohesperidin, Chinese product to contain hesperidin, and Korean product to contain naringin and poncirin. The contents of naringin, neohesperidin, hesperidine, poncirin and paeoniflorin in those specimens were calculated from the calibration curve previously prepared using a dual wavelength TLC-scanner (Shimadzu CS-910). This method was found to be useful for the evaluation of Chinese medicinal prescription "Haino-san" and immature orange.
