The semi-microscopic calculation of ^<16>O+α+α cluster model is performed with the orthogonality condition model. Energy spectra of ^<24>Mg are obtained, and the structures of the levels are discussed through the wave functions. Low-lying levels are classified into four rotational bands which correspond to the observed K^π=0_1^+, 2^+, 0_2^+ and 0^- bands. The calculated fourth and fifth 0^+ states show a characteristic feature in the reduced width amplitudes which indicates a large clusterization into ^<20>Ne plus α. Electric transition probabilities and α+^<20>Ne and ^8Be+^<16>O spectroscopic factors are calculated and discussed.
