A New Treatment of the Scaling Violation for Flavor Singlet Distribution Functions in QCD

The kernel-method to calculate the QCD correction is given for flavor singlet distribution functions. The four kernels are computed and parametrized in simple forms. By the use of these kernel functions it is possible to estimate the scaling violation effect at higher Q^2 for any initial condition at Q_0^2.
