The Q^2-dependent distribution functions of partons in the nucleon are studied based on QCD. We present two kinds of parametrization for these functions. The first method is to minimize the difference of moments predicted by QCD and those calculated from a trial function by varying several parameters. The second method is to perform explicitly the Mellin integral for kernel functions which develop the distribution functions from Q_0^2 to Q^2.
