Couplings between ^<16>O-Core Excitations and α-Clustering in ^<20>Ne

A (^<16>O-α)+(^<16>O*-α) model is proposed on the basis of the ^<16>O*(1p-1h)-α structure of the K^π=2^- band (E_x=4.97MeV) in ^<20>Ne. The couplings between the ^<16>O-core (1p-1h) excitations and α-clustering are solved by adopting the coupled channel orthogonality condition model. Energy spectra, α-reduced width amplitudes, E2- and E3-transition probabilities are well reproduced, and the effects of the couplings between ^<16>O-core excitations and α-clustering are discussed.
