Effect of Meson Exchange Currents on Charge Form Factors of the Three-Nucleon System

Exchange current contributions to ^3He and ^3H form factors are calculated with variational (ATMS) wave functions. D-state components are important through S-D elements of πNN pair and ρπγ processes. The result indicates that the ^3H data is most suitable for testing the detailed descriptions of exchange currents and nuclear wave functions.
