Hypernucleus Productions and Nuclear Short Range Correlations : Nuclear Physics

概要

Hypernucleus production cross sections (HPCS) in the strangeness transfer reactions (K^-,π^-), (π^+,K^+) and (p,K^+) on 4-He are estimated in PWIA. Most of them are accompanied with momentum transfers larger than the fermi momenta in nuclei. The effects of the short range correlations (SRC) in nuclei and hypernuclei are examined and are shown to have characteristic features for each reaction. Especially, HPCS in the (p,K^+) reaction is enhanced about a thousandfold by SRC.
