Characteristic features of coupling between a Λ particle and nuclear core rotational motion in ^9_ΛBe, ^<13>_ΛC and ^<21>_ΛNe are studied within the framework of the Λ-nucleus folding potential model. The nuclear wave function is assumed, for qualitative discussion, to be given by an SU(3) eigenstate (λμ)=(40) for ^8Be, (04) for ^<12>C and (80) for ^<20>Ne. Strong and weak coupling aspects are discussed in connection with "genuinely hypernuclear" states.
