The differential cross section for the high energy inelastic two-body and quasi-two-body scatterings are investigated from the composite viewpoint which is proposed in a previous paper. The scattering amplitudes are given by a linear combination of twelve spin amplitudes of sakaton-sakaton and sakaton-anti-sakaton rearrangement under the assumption that the spectator sakaton does not change its spin state. Many sum rules among differential cross sections dσ/dt′ of various processes are derived where t′=|t-t_<min>| and t is square of momentum transfer. These sum rules are examined in the energy around p_L=10 GeV/c and the very forward region (t′Isim 0.5(GeV/c)^2). We find that the agreement with experiment is satisfactory apart from a few exceptional processes. Furthermore, a preliminary result on the energy and t′ dependence of the twelve spin amplitudes is obtained and found to be consistent with a generalized Pomeranchuk theorem and also with kinematical constraints. The results of our analysis may afford some evidences that the sakaton having one-half spin plays a significant role in the high energy phenomena.
