From the standpoint of urbaryon rearrangement, the characteristic features of various inclusive processes are discussed. In the urbaryon rearrangement scheme, the condition for the early onset of limiting behavior of the inclusive process is predicted, which is different from those given by Chan et al. and Ellis et al. The inclusive processes are classified into six categories according to their distinctive features of the differential cross section. For the process in each category, we obtain definite predictions for the rate in which the differential cross section approaches a limit. It is shown that these predictions are in good agreement with available data. Sum rules among various inclusive processes are also derived.
