Productions of large p_r meson-, baryon- and antibaryon-jets are investigated on the basis of correlating quark rearrangement (CQR) model. In meson-jet productions the main contribution arises from the quark rearrangements (QR) with two hard quarks which are scattered to each other with large momentum transfer, while in baryon- and antibaryon-jet productions QR's with three hard quarks dominate. Anibaryon-jet production in BB collisions is ,however, forbidden in CQR model. The power behaviors, the x_T(=2p_r/√<s>)-dependence, the angular dependence and the relative magnitudes for various types of jet productions are obtained. It is shown that these features of the jet cross sections are closely linked to the patterns of QR. The predicted power behaviors of large p_T hadron productions are 〜p_T^^<-6> for (M,B,B^^-)B→MX and BB→B^^-X and 〜p_T^<-12> for (M,B,B^^-)B→BX and (M,B^^-)B→B^^-X in the FNAL region. Above that energy and p_T, we have 〜p_T^<-8> for all the large p_T hadron production processes.
