Scaling Features in Hard Reactions and Correlating Quark Rearrangement Model

A unified understanding of scaling which is observed in the hard lepton-quark as well as in the hard quark-quark interactions is given from the viewpoint of correlating quark rearrangement model. The structure function in deep inelastic lepton-hadron reactions and the cross section for large pr jet productions are commonly expressed as the products of the factors subjected to the spectator quarks and those to the hard-rearrangement quarks. The spectator factor has and approximate scaling feature. The hard-rearrangement factor in lepton-quark interaction shows the Bjorken scaling, while in quark-quark interaction the factor exhibits another scaling it is predicted that the negative violation at _s<_~100 GeV^2 and χ>_~0,3 coming from the effect of finite hadron masses is followed by the positive violation above _s~150 GeV_2.
