Inelastic process is discussed from the viewpoint of the one-boson-exchange model. A method of unitarizing the amplitudes for multi-channel reaction is given and its effects are investigated in the two channel case. We point out that polarization measurement of the recoil nucleon from p+p→N+N serves as a test of the ununitarized one-poin-exchange models.
