For the S, P and D wave P^^-P annihilations at 0〜300 MeV we consider quark rearrangement process into three mesons and q^^-q annihilation process into two mesons, where the mesons are the SU(6) s- and p- wave mesons. Most of major branching ratios are qualitatively described. The quark rearrangement process dominates in the S wave annihilation.
