A phenomenological energy independent nucleon-nucleon potential is proposed, which has a form corresponding to the one-boson-exchange model. For the exchanged bosons, scalar bosons of mass 540 MeV and vector bosons of mass 750 MeV are considered in addition to the pion. We can determine the potential parameters which satisfactorily reproduce the experimental data on the proton-proton and the neutron-proton systems below 350 MeV. From the potential parameters thus determined, coupling constants of bosons with nucleon are estimated and it is found that they have the values similar to those obtained in other analyses.
