A case of angiokeratoma occuring in the right buccal mucousa is reported in this paper.<BR>A 17-year-old male visited our hospital with a chief complaint of tumor formation in the right buccal mucosa.<BR>The pathological diagnosis was solitary angiokeratoma.<BR>The tumor was resected and the remaining tissues were cautierlized by CO<SUB>2</SUB> laser.<BR>Recurrence isn't observed at present (three months after).
