In this paper, we extend Yu-Chung Tsao's model and Yung-Fu Huang's model to construct an optimal economic order quantity (EOQ) policy with advance sales discount and retailer's partial trade credit. This EOQ policy consists of a manufacture and a retailer. We assume that the retailer has powerful decision making. Here, some theorems are obtained to efficiently determine the optimal inventory policy for the retailer. Then, we investigate the retailer's optimal cycle time and discount rate. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate a new model.
