This paper reports the estimate of the repercussive pollution by the method based on the Interregional Input-Output Model and also the estimate of the environmental pollution control investment by the method based on the System Dynamics Simulations Model arising from the location of manufacturing industries such as Petrochemicals, Petroleum, Steel manufacturing, Nonferrous metal manufacturing and Transportation manufacturing in the Tomakomai-Tobu Industrial Development.
