概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The isotopic fractionation of nitrogen in the reaction in vitro of glutamine synthetase isolated from spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) leaves was calculated from the changes in natural ^<15>N abundance (δ^<15>N value) of ammonia and amide of glutamine during the incubation. The observed isotope fractionation under our conditions was -16.5±1.5‰.
