概要

• Three new lignans named angeloylgomisin H (I), tigloylgomisin H (II) and benzoylgomisin H (III), which possess dibenzocyclooctadiene skeleton, have been isolated from the fruits of Schizandra chinensis BAILL (Schizandraceae). Their structures including the absolute configurations were established by chemical and spectral evidence. The absolute structure of schizandrin was also established by spectral studies (nuclear Overhauser effects and circular dichroism spectrum).
