p-ヒドロキノン-硫酸によるエストロゲンのけい光分析

エストロゲンと硫酸との発色・発けい光反応(Kober反応)の機構に基づき,エストロゲンのけい光分析法の改良を試みた.Kober反応は2段階の反応からなっており,この反応を利用するこれまで知られている比色分析法,けい光分析法は,いずれも第2段目までの反応を行うものである.第1段反応を2%ヒドロキノン-80%硫酸,100℃,5分間加熱の条件で行うと,エストロゲンはC-2位がスルホン化されたテトラエニルカチオンに変化し発色・発けい光する.この第1段反応を利用したけい光分析法はエストロゲンに特異的であり,数ナノモルオーダーのエストロゲンの定量が可能であることを見いだした.
