概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Pigments of Protaminobacter ruber were purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structure of the pigments has been investigated by chemical and physical methods including electronic and NMR spectra. The pigments were identified as carotenoids. One of the carotenoids contained a carbonyl group, a sugar moiety and an unidentified UV-absorbing substance.
