We investigated the transport properties of two-dirtaensional arrays of small Josephson junctionsof which a uaurtuber of jtrnctions are renaoved. We fotrnd that the more the nutnber of removed.junctions, tlae unore rapidly the array resistance increases with decreasing ternperatttre. Theenhancement of the tenaperature dependence of resistance is larger than that expected frotn thedifference in the creation energy of charge and anti-charge solitons on two adjacent electrodes. This indicates that low-tenaperature conductance of the arrays depends on the strength of theCoulomb interaction between charges.
