Spin Dynamics Studied by ^<89>Y NMR in High T_c Superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_<6+x>

"Y NMR shifts in the high T. superconductor YBa.Cu.O,.. are compared with "0NMR new data published by Yoshinari et al. and the orbital shift "K.,. is estimated tobe 155 ppm. The nuclear spin lattice relaxation rate "(I / T, T ) for "Y is found to beproportional to "(1 /T,T ) for "0 at 2, 3 plane sites, which supports the single spinfluid model. The relation T, 7'A.,=const. is realized for "Y nuclei in the oxygendepleted compounds YBa.Cu.0..... It is found that the relation 7-.7'A5=const.means that the energy width of dynamical spin susceptibility )("(q, co) with the wavevector q - 0, hF, is independent of temperature although the uniform susceptibility7,. strongly depends on temperature.
