Dynamic Scaling of ac Resistivity of Superionic Conductor Ag_3SI

The frequency dispersion curves of ac resistivity were obtained from 5 Hz to [3MHz in superionic conductor Ag.SI single crystal in the temperature region from 280K to l 10 K. The dynamic scaling of the ac resistivity has shown by the use of a scalingfactor which is related to some characteristic time in the temperature region in eachspecimen; annealed p- and 7-phases and cc-quenched. Various properties were derivedfrom the high frequency limit of the shape of the master curves, and were discussedtogether with the results of the Arrhenius plot of the dc resistivity.
