Two-Dimensional Weak Localization in Electron High-T_c Superconductor Nd(2-x) Ce_xCuO_y under High Magnetic Field

Electron high-I. superconductor Ndz .Ce...Cu0, single crystals are studied underhigh magnetic field of up to 20tesla. The superconducting state is completelydestroyed by the field when the field is applied along the c-axis and the normal elec-trical resistivity is obtained at all temperatures. The temperature dependence of thenormal resistivity is plotted down to 1.3 K and a clear resistance minimum is found.The result is understood in terms of the two-dimensional weak localization model andthis means that the materials are regarded as the intrinsic two-dimensional conduc-lion system.[high-7'. superconductor, high magnetic field, normal resistivity, In T depend- lI ence, two-dimensional weak localizationll
