Anomalous Magnetization of GdB_6 in High Magnetic Field

High field magnetization of antiferromagnetic GdB. up to 520 k0e is studied. Thesaturation magnetization is obtained around 490 k0e at 1.3 K and the system can beregarded as a typical cubic antiferromagnet. Anomalous two small magnetizationjumps are found near the saturation field H.. They are explained by the local spin-flipof the disordered Gd spin located at the B. cluster site. The Gd spin at the disorderedsite couples with surrounding host spins with the exchange energy of -0.67 K whichis about 14% smaller than the antiferromagnetic host spin coupling.
