概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) spectra for crystalline GaAs andZnSe are measured for each K-edge region. Full multiple scattering calculationsare also performed. The information on the charge distribution around the X-rayabsorbed atom can be obtained if we compare the experimental XANES spectrawith full multiple scattering calculations. In these systems core hole potential isimportant to analyse the spectra.
