The X-ray diffuse scattering maximum from Ti-20.0 at.%Mo a[lo.y is observedg=(1.30, 1.30, 1.30), ( -0.03, -0.03, -0.03) off from (4/3 4/3 4/3). The incom-mensurate structure is discussed in terms of lattice displacements d<cscribed by astacking soliton.
