The dielectric dispersions in the znixed crystals KBII ,.(N0z). (I : 0.06, 0.11, 0.26 atnd 0.36)xvere naeastured in tlae freqtrency ratnge f'rorn 100 Hz to 10 INzIHz. In order to cl?rrif'y the orientartionaldynatauics of tlae NO,] ions xvitla a dipole raaornent ;tnd tire gl?tssy ph?tse trattasition, the dielectricdispersions were disctrssed on the loarsis of' the Clausitrs-1lNzIossotti ?tnd the Arrhenius rel?ttions.The varltre of the pernaaanent dipole umorneuat of the NOI ioua in the host crystal was estizaaatedto be abotmt 0.5 D. It turns otrt that the origin oL' the glass transition, if' any, is not freezing of'dipole raaouaaents.
