Magnetism of LaNi.-,Fe,0. (0<.X'<0.2) is investigated from 7 K to 300 K.The susceptibility of Latin. is temperature independent. The increment of thesusceptibility, 17, by Fe doping obeys the Curie-Weiss law at high temperatures.The effective number of Bohr magnetons is about 4 7t. per Fe ion. The asymptoticCurie temperature is negative and its absolute value increases with Fe content.At low temperatures, Ay, deviates from the Curie-Weiss law and it seems thata certain magnetic ordering of Fe ions occurs.
