On the Stability of Cholesteric Phase Exposed to Magnetic Field

The stability of cholesteric phase with positive magnetic anisotropy which has been investigated recently by the present authors is reconsidered. It is again shown on a more legitimate basis that he magnetic field prevents the large fluctuation of molecular orientation to ensure the stability of cholesteric phase.
