Amplitude relations for ΔC=ΔS=1 nonleptonic decays of charmed baryons (1/ <2^+>) are investigated by making use of discrete symmetries. It is shown that most of Type-1 (Type-2) relations are simply derived by using S(R) symmetry, Which requires the effective Hamiltonian to be invariant under exchanges of SU(4) indices; 1←→2 and 3←→4 (1←→4 and 2←→3). Here, Type-1 relations are those common to 20″and 84, but not always true in case of 45+45*. The 45+45* spurion takes a part in the parity-violating nonleptonic decays of charmed baryons if the right-handed current with ΔC=ΔS=1 exists. These amplitude relations are compared with those derived from the equal-time commentator terms appearing in the soft-pion calculation. Various amplitudes relations among B→B´V decays and P-wave B→B′P decays are also derived from S and R symmetries. A short remark is given on charmed meson decays.
