Mechanism of "ΔI=1/2 Enhancement" in the Relativistic Quark Model

It is shown that a) the relativistic effect plays an important role in reducing the ΔI=3/2 amplitudes of kaon non-leptonic decays and b) the absolute magnitude of the ΔI=1/2 part of the amplitudes can be reproduced if one adopts the model which concentrates the quarks into inner region of hadrons more stringly than the bag model does.
