On the basis of a new scheme of hadron composite model, we try to make a systematic understanding of low energy phenomena (hadron spectra and their decays). Comparison with other treatments, such as SU(6), SU(6)_W or the so-called "current and constituent quarks" is made by rewriting our current in terms of the familiar expressions used so far. Further deep-inelastic lepton-hadron scattering is investigated.
