According to the pole model, the strengths of weak bilinear transitions in various processes are investigated in the present stage of knowledge. In order to clarify whether or not the phenomenological strengths of weak bilinear transitions are obtained from the fundamental fourfermion interaction, the bilinear transitions based on factorization approximation are studied. It is shown that the parity-conserving transition (K-π) consistent with the fundamental fourfermion interaction with Cabibbo factor cannot be definitely said to contradict the experimental data and that for parity-violating bilinear transitions two standpoints are possible: I) the fourfermion interaction with Cabibbo factor leads to consistent results, although this interaction is inconsistent with experiment when the K^*-pole dominance and the factorization approximation are assumed to be valid and II) this interaction is unfavourable. The second standpoint suggests the existence of some kind of new primary interaction which may be of bilinear type on the urbaryon line. Along this line of thought, a speculation on topological property of urbaryon diagrams and other discussions will be given.
