From a viewpoint of the composite model of hadrons, the electromagnetic and weak interactions of pseudoscalar mesons are investigated under the following assumption: A reaction takes place only when the urbaryons (of which hadrons are composed) concentrate on one point of the space-time where and when those primary interactions take place. Especially we make investigation into the kaon nonleptonic decays by employing some types of the primary weak Hamiltonian of the nonleptonic decays at the urbaryon level. As possible candidates, three cases, i.e., H^I=sinθcosθG_0(t^^〜_2γ_ρ(1-iγ_5)t_1)(t^^〜_1γ^ρ(1-iγ_5)t_3) +h.c., H^<II>=t^^〜_2(g_<pc>1+g_<pv>iγ_5)t_3+h.c. and H^<III>=G(t^^〜_2γ_ρ(1-iγ_5)t_3)(t^^〜_iO^ρt_i) +h.c. are examined. In these expressions t_i(i=1, 2, 3) denotes the urbaryon triplet. It is shown that (1) neither H^I nor H^<II> is acceptable as the "primary" Hamiltonian; instead, (2) the case H_<NL>=(G_0/√<2>)(t^^〜_2γ_ρ(1-iγ_5)t_3)(t^^〜_iγ^ρt_i) +h.c. appears as a preferable choice among the cases H^<III>. Implications of our results are also discussed.
