We reformulate Tanimura's general relativistic version of Feynman's consideration. Under the basic commutation relations, the requirement that velocity and momentum of a point particle are transformed as 'quantum' vectors restricts strongly the equation of motion, shown to be Heisenberg-type one including scalar, vector and gravitational fields covariantly.
