Under the assumption that the charged vector mesons W as intermediaries of weak interactions exist, the following problems are considered: (a) Is it possible to understand in a unified way the universality of weak coupling constants, the charged current-current picture of weak interactions and the |ΔI|=1/2 enhancement of nonleptonic decays? (b) How can we understand the distinctive character of W? A possible answer to the problems seems to be obtained if one considers the problems by standing on a "genetical" viewpoint of elementary particles (such as the Nagoya model). In order to answer to these problems from this viewpoint, a model of the W-meson is proposed on the basis of the quartet model, and on the same basis the semi-weak two-body interactions are introduced, which are expected to play a main role (i.e. to lead the |ΔI|=1/2 enhancement) in nonleptonic interactions. In this model, W^+-mesons are assumed to be composed of strongly correlated B^^-_0 and B_+. Thus, the peculiarity of W-mesons will be understood in intimate connection with that of B-matters. The weak interaction is generated from some kind of primordial charge-exchange process between a lepton and B-matter. In the ΔS=0 nonleptonic transitions, amplitudes with ΔI=0 are much larger than amplitudes with |ΔI|=1. Even number of W-mesons expected to interact strongly; therefore, multiple lepton-production should occur in super high energies. It is investigated whether the picture similar to that of the proposed model is applicable to other models of elementary particles in order to see the quartet model is more preferable than the quark model and Bacry-Nuyts-Van Hove model. Even if the latter models are modified along the spirit of Nagoya model, the essential picture of the present model is not applicable to the quark model, and in Bacry-Nuyts-Van Hove model one fails to obtain the |ΔI|=1/2 enhancement.
