In the framework of the spurion formalism with nonderivative-type Yukawa coupling, sum rules proper to SU(4) (20'',84 and 45+45*) spurions for the ΔC=ΔS=1 S-wave nonleptonic decays of charmed baryons are investigated systematically. The 45+45* spurion is expected to play a role in the nonleptonic decays of charmed baryons if the right-handed current with ΔC=1 exists. Two kinds of SU(4) sum rules are obtained; (1) the sum rules common to 20'', 84 and 45+45* spurions, (2) the sum rules common to 20'' and 84 spurions, but not true in case of 45+45* one. The former gives direct information on the validity of SU(4) symmetry argument. The latter gives a possibility to discriminate between the scheme with right-handed current and the New Nagoya-GIM scheme, if the former holds.
