The hard core part of the interaction potential plays an essential role for the appearance of periodic lattice structure. The purpose of this note is to clarify this circumstance in the case of hard disc system, on the basis of the theory in a previous paper(referred to as I hereafter), in which the effect of the short range correlation due to the repulsion potential is particularly important.
