概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
N-Feruloyl normetanephrine ((-)-1) was isolated from the root of Achyranthes fauriei. The amide (S)-1 was synthesized based on asymmetric dihydroxylation of styrene derivatives. Thus the absolute configuration of natural (-)-1 was identified as S by a comparison between the optical rotation of the natural product and that of synthetic (S)-1.
