We report a rare case of myeloerythroid aplasia associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The erythroid aplasia was completely reversed after treatment with 60 mg of prednisolone daily, but methylprednisolone "pulse" therpy was necessary to improve the myeloid aplasia.
